JAKARTA. BPH Migas give special rights certificate transport of natural gas to 7 business entities through the pipeline in natural gas transmission segment. Granting this right is the authority of BPH based on Law No. 22 of 2001 to make arrangements, the establishment and supervision of business activities of natural gas through a pipeline which consists of the operations of transport and business activities of trading of natural gas through pipelines.
Granting special privileges by BPH Migas to business entities to operate pengangkuatan gas through pipelines and transmission or distribution. The event was held on February 27, 2009 last seen directly by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro. Seventh Business Entity, namely, PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) for 43 Natural Gas Transmission segment, PT PGN (Persero) 1 Gas Transmission segment, PT Energi Persada Odira 1 Regional Distribution Network (WJD), PT Inti Gasindo 1 WJD Banten, PT Mitra Energy Buana 1 WJD, PT Bayu Buana Gemilang 1 WJD and PT Sadikun Niagamas Kingdom for 2 Regional Natural Gas Distribution Network.
Reported by the Head of BPH MigasTubagus Haryono, formerly BPH Migas has set a provision of Special Rights to several enterprises transport of natural gas through pipelines in the period 2004-2006 to PT PGN (Persero) transmission sections 55 and 11 Regional Gas Distribution Network, PT Transgasindo, 2 Gas Transmission segment, 1 Region Natural Gas Distribution Network to PT Igas Main and 3 Regional Natural Gas Distribution Network to PT Energasindo Heksa work that granting certificates in the past witnessed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
He further so overall BPH Migas has given the Privileges number of 51 segments and 21 Regional Transmission Gas Distribution Network. And in the near future BPH Migas will assign granting special rights to PT PGN (Persero) Tbk for 1 and 2 Regional Transmission segment Distribution Network Gas and PT Sadikun Niagamas Kingdom for 1 vertebra Regional Natural Gas Distribution Network.
BPH Migas has also set tariffs for gas transportation through pipelines PT PGN (Persero) Tbk 1 vertebra, for Transgasindo PT 1 and PT Pertamina Gas segment 32 segment. In this year BPH Migas will set tariffs and tariff adjustments pengakutan natural gas through pipelines for 11 sections processed and operated by PT Pertamina Gas 6 segment for PT PGN (Persero) Tbk and one segment for PT Transgasindo.
In accordance with the provisions in accordance with Regulation No. 1 of 2006, business entities that perform the transport and commerce of natural gas required to pay dues that are categorized into tax state revenue (non-tax) used for operational costs BPH Migas.
