JAKARTA. Given the task performed by the Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) fore more severe, then the cooperation has been going well with the Attorney General needs to be improved.

Ec, during a visit to the Attorney General, on Thursday (09/02/2012) received directly by the Attorney General, Basrief Syarief and engineers, in Jakarta.

Meanwhile BPH Migas Committee Hashim Ibrahim explained that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which has been run by the Attorney General needs to be expanded and rearranged. “During this time between BPH Migas with the Attorney General in scope only to the handling of evidence. I think the idea of a broader Task Force this MoU should be expanded and re-arranged, “he said.
As it is said (Ret.) Karseno, MBA that BPH Migas fore planned to form a Monitoring Task Force which consists of several agencies, one of which is the Attorney General. The Task Force in order to actually be able to run optimally required the full support of the Government.
