PONTIANAK. Downstream Regulatory Agency for Oil and Gas (BPH Migas), in cooperation with the Government of West Kalimantan province, on Thursday (10/23/2013) carry out socialization Monitoring and Control Supply and Distribution of Fuel (BBM) Subsidized.

“In the Presidential Regulation No. 15 Year 2012 on Retail and Consumer Price User Type Specific Fuel Oil, BPH Migas is possible to cooperate with local governments,” he said.
Meanwhile, Vice Governor of West Kalimantan in remarks represented by Assistant II Lensus Kandri West Kalimantan Province, hoping socialization can provide insight to the participants of socialization, especially regarding the control of subsidized fuel.
According to him, is quite important to understand BPH Migas Regulation No. 4 of 2012 which is about the allocation of a certain volume of fuel type for each user Consumers Fuel Type Specific and BPH Migas Regulation No. 5 of 2012 regarding Guidelines for the Issuance of Recommendation SKPD to Purchase Certain type of fuel.
“Hopefully, with the explanation of BPH Migas later, we will understand more deeply, especially to address the needs of the general public subsidized fuel residing in areas far from the location of gas stations.
