Jakarta – Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) held a hearing with the parties concerned in order Determination of the Access Arrangement PT. PGN (Persero) Tbk System Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline South Sumatra – West Java (SSWJ), Thursday (05/28/2015).
BPH Migas Committee expressed Saryono Hadiwidjoyo, that in accordance with the provisions of the existing legislation, BPH Migas before establishing the concept of Access Arrangement PT. PGN Persero Gas Transmission Pipeline System Earth Selatran Sumatra West Java (SSWJ), first conducted hearings with the parties concerned.
“Before fixing the concept of Access Arrangement PT PGN (Persero) is at the Committee hearing, we want to get input from relevant parties in accordance with their respective positions,” he concluded.
Attending the meeting with these opinions among representatives from the Directorate of Oil and Gas (DG Migas), PT. PGN (Persero), PT. PLN (Persero), the Commission, the Association, and invitations.
