Jakarta – Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BP Migas) Monday (11/17/2014) invited 36 enterprises engaged in the downstream sector, in particular the trade to attend socialization of the Downstream Oil and Gas.
The event took place in the Auditorium Building BPH Migas is chaired by the Director of the fuel Hendra accompanied Kasubdit Fadly Abdul Muhaemin FuelMonitoring and supervision of distribution of fuel Kasie BPH Migas.
In his speech Director of fuel revealed the presence of a presentation on the tasks and functions of BPH Migas,business entities engaged in the downstream sector will be more clear about what and how the duties orobligations of the Enterprise to the Government, ie BPH Migas established by the government.
“What we do is carry out the mandate of the Government Regulation No. 36 of 2004 Article 45 About EnterpriseCommercial Permit holders are required to submit a report to the Minister on the implementation of commercialbusiness activities,” said Hendra Fadly.
“So PP 36 2004 Article 45 clearly states that business entities engaged in commerce shall melaporkankepadaMinister with a copy to the regulatory agencies,” he added.
