Jakarta – Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) set two Enterprises Implementing Supply and Distribution Type Specific Fuel Oil (P3JBT) Year 2016. Enterprises are PT. Pertamina (Persero) and PT. Aneka Kimia Raya Corporindo.
Head of BPH Migas Andy Noorsaman Sommeng explained, Selection P3JBT 2016 invited 23 Enterprises owner Trade Business License General Fuel of Government and Registration Number Enterprises of BPH Migas and has a fuel storage facilities, to follow a general explanation regarding the selection appointment of Enterprises P3JBT.
Enterprises are among others, PT. Pertamina (Persero), PT. AKR, PT. Petro Artha Niaga, PT. Petro Andalan Nusantara, PT. Blessing nautical Madani, PT. Barokah Brothers Perkasa, PT. Bintuni Cipta Lestari, PT. Buma Niaga Perkasa, PT. Cosmic Indonesia, PT. Dimas Indah Pratama, PT. Eminens Resources Indonesia S & S, PT. Sea Horse Welfare.
Furthermore, PT. Landasindo Sahu Baruna Jaya, PT. Puma Energy, PT. Mega Green Technology, PT. Oiltanking Merak, PT. Palaran Indah Lestari, PT. Petrokam Hugo Oil, PT. Prayasa Indomitra Sarana, PT. Etam Ocean Energy, PT. Tri Wahana Universal, PT. Tripatra Nusantara and PT. Chess venture partner.
Of the 23 enterprises were invited to attend a general explanation PSO fuel in 2016, there were 7 Enterprises that take document selection, namely PT Pertamina (Persero), PT AKR Tbk, PT Puma Energy, PT Bintuni Cipta Lestari, PT Bahari Blessing Madani, PT Petrokam Hugo Oil and PT Buma Niaga Perkasa to register and pick up the document selection. However, only five enterprises who attended a general explanation of the selection documents, namely PT Pertamina (Persero), PT AKR Tbk, PT Puma Energy, Bintuni PT Cipta Lestari and PT Bahari Blessing Madani.
Until the predetermined time limit, only two entities that transmit the Bid Document, namely PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT AKR Tbk. Both Enterprises were then evaluated which include administrative and technical evaluation by verifying or site visits to check the location offered by each business entities.
“Related to Fuel Type Specific quota amount, PT. Pertamina (Persero) amounted to 16.388 million kiloliters distribute (KL) while PT. AKR, distributes diesel oil of 300,000 KL,” said Andy.
For the location of a new dealer executing P3JBT 2016, Andy said, are in areas that are still in need of new dealers to serve the people in greatest need.
Meanwhile, Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Teguh Pamudji representing the Minister of Energy and Mineral expect both these enterprises can improve the supply and distribution of fuel so that the public service which requires Fuel Type Fuel Type Specific and Special Assignment will be even better.
“To prevent the scarcity of subsidized fuel in those areas, I hope BPH Migas improve supervision through coordination with local authorities and other relevant agencies, if necessary, impose sanctions for violations in the distribution of subsidized fuel, especially those carried out by the dealer-distributor of subsidized fuel which is clearly evident misuse of fuel, “said Teguh.
