Jakarta – Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BP Migas) Friday (11/14/2014) made a visit to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries(MMAF). The visit was led by the Head of BPH Migas received directly by theMinister of Marine and Fisheries, Susi Pudjiastuti along jajaranya.
The visit was led by the Head of BPH Migas accompanied Andy NoorsamanSommeng other BPH Migas Committee, as Sumihar Panjaitan, SaryonoHadiwidjoyo, Karseno, Martin Samodra Ritonga, A. Qoyum Tjandranegara fuelalong with the Secretary and the Director of BPH Migas.
Andy revealed that his visit to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, in addition to hearings also in orderintroductions at once congratulated Susi Pudjiastuti having been elected as the Minister of Marine and fishery of the Republic of Indonesia.
During the meeting, one of the topics being discussed is about the allocation of fuel oil (BBM), especially for fishermen under under 30 GT (gross tons).
“Frankly we favor the fishermen under 30 GT. We get considered enemies fishermen. It is we need to thinkseriously how the use of subsidized fuel in order to empower fishermen under 30 GT”, said Andy.
In response, Susi Pudjiastuti said this during the fuel subsidy given to fishing vessels under and over 30 GT.Supposedly crazy 30 GT will no longer need to use fuel subsidies.
“My desire, should the 30 GT does not need anymore. So the subsidy given to the small rose directly to the bank”,said Susie.
He added that the fuel subsidy allocated, must be executed and distributed distribute or vent to which it is only too well entitled. “It is the mandate of the state, where the deficit countries continue to be able to give this facility(subsidy). If we are wrong to use or allow the abuse occurred, which means we are not responsible. If we are notresponsible, we are not professional”, he concluded. (FA)
