Jakarta – Distribution of fuel oil (BBM) subsidy until March 31, 2014 of the report of PT Pertamina (Persero) which have not been verified by theRegulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) has reached11,195,155 kiloliters (KL) or 23.6 %.
Premium gasoline quota for the state budget of 2014, PT Pertamina amounting 32.32 million KL KL realized 7097436 or 22.0 % , of Kerosene quota of 900,000 KL KL realized as much as 249 099 , or 27.7 % , and Diesel Oil from a quota of 14 135 . 000 KL KL realized as much as 3.84858 million or 27.2 %.
According to the Marketing and Commercial Director of PT Pertamina ( Persero ) , Hanung Budya in a letter sent to BPH Migas on April 14, 2014 , with the number of letters 084/F0000/2014-S3 , revealing an increase of 2.11% over the same period in in 2013.
“The realization of subsidized fuel sales as a whole period up to March 31, 2014 an increase of 2.11% , when compared to the same period in 2013 , ” he said.
If you see subsidized fuel consumption up to March 2014 compared to the consumption in 2013 in the same period for premium gasoline consumption increased by 1.63 % , diesel oil / biodiesel consumption increased by 3.91 %.
Added Hanung , increased consumption of subsidized fuel occur for several reasons , including an increase in the number of motor vehicle , the disparity between the price of premium gasoline with non-subsidized fuel ( Pertamax ) which reached Rp . 4,750 , -/liter , and 2014 economic growth target of 6% requiring consumption of premium fuel and diesel oil to support such growth.
“Growth in consumption of diesel fuel up to March 2014 compared to the same period in 2013 only 3.9 % is much lower than the growth in 2013 vs. 2012 amounted to 11.31 % due to a variety of efforts to control the distribution of subsidized diesel oil were carried out across the region, ” Hanung clear.
