Socialization Regulation and Fuel Supervision in Medan

medan1Medan – Regulatory Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPH Migas) re-implement the Regulation and Supervision Socialization Supply and Distribution of Fuel Oil, Thursday (05/07/2015) in Medan, North Sumatra. The same socialization previously been held in Surabaya.

Meanwhile, Head of Mining and Energy of North Sumatra Province, Eddy Saputra Salim in his speech welcomed the initiative of the Oil and Gas Downstream Regulatory Agency to conduct surveillance socialization of fuel in North Sumatra.

“The goal that does not happen miscommunication with stakeholders in understanding the related regulations Fuel Oils,” said Committee BPH Migas, Martin Samodra Ritonga, in his speech.

Socialization is important to be implemented in order to provide an understanding of some of the regulations that have been issued by the Government, particularly with respect to the fuel. Especially today has published several related regulations Fuel, including Presidential Decree No. 191 On Supply distribution and retail prices of fuel oil, as well as ESDM No. 4 of 2015 on Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 39 of 2014 regarding Calculation Retail Price of Fuel.
